It has been a bumpy road since we last walked, but I’m feeling hopeful and more content. I’m excercising with purpose and working with my doctors to help me live with Parkinson.

I am deeply grateful for your support.  You have literally picked me up when I have fallen.  

As I learn more about Parkinson I am encouraged by advancements in therapy and treatment.  I look forward to improving the quality of life of those of us with PD.  

As you know exercise helps to manage the symptoms and slow the progression of PD and more.  

I hope you can join me on the walk.

The Walk around the Park is 1 mile and wheelchair/walker friendly. There are resting benches along the way. Also plenty of seating in the activity area for those who do not wish to walk.

Event Parking
Parking is available behind the AMC theater at the Altamonte Mall. There are handicap parking spots and all parking is convenient, with volunteers standing by to assist everyone.
