In March of 2024, I was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease at the age of 34. It took me a couple months to find my footing after recieving the life changing news. Everyday is a challenge but I want to show the world that Parkinson's is not a death sentence. We can live a fulfilling life through diet, exercise, and grit.
