It’s that time of year again — lace up your sneakers and join us at Crane's Roost!

For 17 years, our dad John has been living with Parkinson’s disease, and every single one of those years has reminded us just how much strength comes from showing up — for each other, for this community, and for the families navigating this journey alongside us.

That’s why we’re hitting Crane’s Roost in Altamonte Springs on Saturday, April 4th, at 9 AM for the annual Walk for Parkinson’s, and we would love to see you there. Come walk with John Gabe’s Gang — whether you stroll, strut, shuffle, or sprint, every step moves us closer to better treatments, better resources, and a future without Parkinson’s.

Can’t make it in person? A donation of any size makes a real difference for the families and caregivers who depend on the support this walk provides. Every dollar counts, and so does every bit of encouragement. 

Let’s make this year one to remember. We’d love nothing more than to look around on walk day and see your faces in the crowd.
