Welcome to My 2026 Walk For Parkinson Page!
And We Are Back! Once again, Brady's Deputies are warming up for the Parkinson Association of Central Florida's (PACF) 2026 "WALK FOR PARKINSON'S" on Saturday, April 4 at Crane's Roost.
As so many of you know, "The Deputy," - my spectacular husband, Barry Brady - was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) - an atypical form or Parkinson's Disease (PD). He passed away in July 2021 and he remains in my head and heart 24/7. It is in his honor and memory that I will again be participating in the walk. Just as we were in Brady's darkest hours, I continue to be surrounded and supported by the most loving people, which is why I'm back asking for more.
PACF was founded over a dozen years ago to provide resources and support to Parkinson patients and their caregivers in a four-county area. All monies raised STAY LOCAL and provide tangible support. Projections are that 90,000 people in the U.S. will be diagnosed this year with PD. If you don't know someone with PD, you will.
This is a small and heartfelt request for your financial support of my team "Brady's Deputies." And if donating isn't your thing, come walk with us! It's Easter weekend so it's all about family and love. I am happy to deputize everyone in this fight against Parkinsons Disease!
