Hi and Welcome to John Gabe’s Gang! 

I would like to extend a warm welcome and express my gratitude for joining our team for the 2023 Walk for Parkinson's. Your dedication and support mean a lot to us, and we are thrilled to have you on board. With your help, we can raise awareness about Parkinson's disease and make a significant impact in the lives of families affected by it.

As you all probably know, my father, John, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2011. Our journey has been full of growth and support, however, as with all PD patients, it does not come without its own emotional strains. My father has always looked at PD as an opportunity to create positive change in peoples' lives. Our ability to see this disease through a new lens is a testament to his non-wavering  bravery and optimism. This walk is our chance to step out of our system of familial support and help all who are effected by PD.  

The funds raised from the Walk for Parkinson's go towards research, advocacy, and support programs for people with Parkinson's and their families. Your contributions can help families access resources and services to manage the disease, receive emotional support, and improve their quality of life. We are so grateful for your participation and look forward to working together to make a positive difference.
